ABC
In the next two years , watch the development of the ancillary revenue stream of the non core asset of the Asian retail mall for two specific reasons. One is the ability to continue to expand the retail renting of still available space , which is 400,000 sq feet in SCC . Additional annual rent increases for the retail space. Finally the re-allocation of space to luxury rental in the Four Seasons and MBS space.
The rental increases are showing annual growth 30 to 35%. As well if SA gets the extra 1500 rooms and more retail space at MBS in the net 2-4 year period.
Than the additional retail space at the Parisian Hotel which opens in 3rd/4th Qtr of 2015. This retail space will take three years to sell out this area. At the 2018 time period increasing the annual revenue with a 87% net revenue , based on estimates the revenue streams including rental increases , new projects may achieve $ 500MM retail per Quarter by 2018.
At that time, the sale of this non Core items will have a value in a REIT in a good real estate market at 35 to 40 billion dollars. Or a share value of 35 dollars per share.

Looks like LVS market share in 2014 will average around 23.6. Approx 2.2% higher than 2013. This is worth increase of 1 billion alone if annual GGR has not increased.

Will you fill in market share for 2 & 3rd quarter for LVs, my suppositions are based of Lvs sustaining it's stays in a declining GGR marketplace by its growth of market share ,
