It's a label based on post count. I won't get the person who thought the ranks up in trouble by naming him/her, but I thought it was pretty funny...

If I could look like some of the cocktail waitresses at the Hard Rock in LV, I would take it. I'm sure most of them make a killing.

If I were a waitress, no one would tip me. I am too ugly. BTW, I never got the waitress rank. Early bird has its rewards.
