Seems to me earnings call was pretty positive. Can't imagine what share price would be today had it been bad. Wondering what it will take for this to go up.

My guess... a firm plan for an amazing new money making world class venue similar to MBS. Visionary dynamic new management with far less nepotism couldn't hurt either. |
